Bret Younkin - Owner

Bret has 30+ years experience in the automotive industry and is a Ford certified master sales consultant. After spending his childhood on a ranch in the Sandhills of Nebraska, Bret attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Bret's love for the Sandhills region brought him back to Ainsworth where he served as a sales rep for Ainsworth Motors for more than 10 years. In 1997, Bret acquired the dealership and has held the position of President/Owner since that time. Bret is married to Julie and they have four children and five granddaughters.

Tracy Nelson - Comptroller & Business Manager

Tracy joined Ainsworth Motors in October 2021 and currently resides in the Meadville, NE area. Tracy is married to Scott Nelson.

Cam Palmer - Body Shop Manager

Cam is an Ainsworth native. He has been with Ainsworth Motors for over a decade. He manages all facets of the Ainsworth Motors body shop. He is a Ford master certified body shop manager. Cam is married to Danielle and they have two children.

James Worden - Master Service Technician

James graduated from Ainsworth Community Schools and continued his education by attending and graduating from Southeast Community College, Milford, NE in October 2016. At SCC, James got his Associates Degree in Applied Science towards Automotive Technology under the Ford ASSET Program. Some of the areas that James is certified through Ford are advanced electronics, brakes, transmission/drive trains, diesel engine repair & performance, gasoline engine repair & performance, steering /suspension and climate control.

Donnie Killion - Service Technician

Donnie is another lifelong Ainsworth native who joined Ainsworth Motors January of 2021. He graduated from Ainsworth Community Schools in 1993 and is a father of 4 children. Outside of work Donnie enjoys football and team roping.

Wrett Killion - Master Service Technician

Wrett is a born and raised Ainsworth native who joined the Ainsworth Motors team in February of 2021. He graduated from Ainsworth Community Schools and plans to continue his education at Southeast Community College, Milford, NE in Fall of 2021. At SCC, Wrett plans to gain an Associates Degree in Applied Science towards Automotive Technology under the Ford ASSET Program. Outside of work Wrett enjoys hunting and fishing.

Justin was raised in Ainsworth. After graduating from Ainsworth he attended SCC in Beatrice. At SCC he earned his Associate's Degree in Applied Science of Diversified Ag and Ag Sales. In the fall of 2020 Justin and his girlfriend Kylie Reed moved back to the area. In their free time Justin and Kylie enjoy road trips and the outdoors. Justin has worked in the customer service industry for several years and will be a great addition to the team.

Austin Felz - Head Detailer

Austin is orginally from Chadron Nebraska. Austin and his wife, Sabree Porter, moved to the area in 2022. Austin joined Ainsworth Motors April of 2023 and has been in the detailing industry for over 7 years now.
